Box and cartons compression strength Ttester:

1. Description:

PN-CT50KB box compression strength tester is our intelligent tester for testing box compression strength of boxes and cartons. It is mainly suitable for all kinds of medium size of corrugated cartons and other material packages which anti-pressure is less than 30KN. It is used for testing the whole box anti-pressure, and stacking pressure. So it is ideal testing equipment for paper-making, packaging, quality-inspecting department and so on. With the functions of data-processing, display, memory, statistic, printing and compression curve display.

2. Features:

2.1 Pressure testing: This tester can be used to Max. anti-pressure of box body.

2.2 Pre-set valve testing: Users can pre-set the pressure vale, then test box’s anti-pressure and check it suitable or not.

2.3 Stack testing: According to national standard, the tester can be used for stack testing under 12hours or 24hours.

2.4 Advanced mechanical design, double screw rods, double guide rods, with reducer for belt-driving deceleration. Good parallelism, reliable performance and long-life working.

2.5 Servo motor control, high accuracy, low noise, high speed. Make the machine accurate position, high speed, saving the testing time.

2.6 With high speed ARM processor, highly automatic, fast data-collecting, automatic testing, intelligent diagnose.

2.7 With 24-digits high precision AD adapter and high accurate pressure sensor.

2.8 Big LCD for showing the curve of the pressure and deformation, showing the compression strength timely.

2.10 Can be connected with buyer’s PC for showing testing curve, data-collecting, saving and printing (Optional)
